What's good dieting/diet support website?
I want a site that will help me with dieting, maybe have a couple of tools (meal planner, recipes, etc.) I'd prefer a free site and one that won't try to sell me some sort of miracle pill/diet. And I'd like there to be forums of a sort, so that I can talk to other people and share any useful info!
For some really hardcore diet things you could see what trainers like scooby and zuzana (charliejames) on youtube have on their websites. I don't know scooby's site, but zuzana's is rockbodytv. Probably not the most tasty, but they are committed people and this is what they eat.
